Founded in 2024 in the Netherlands and serving 50 markets globally, we exist to make every authentic Dyson product available with free shipping, the full Dyson 2-year manufacturer warranty, and locale-native customer support in 8 languages.
Our promise
Every unit we ship is factory-sealed, sourced from authorized European and Turkish distribution. The same Dyson product Sephora or Nordstrom sells, with the same warranty card and serial number, at a price that reflects sourcing without retailer markup.
How we operate
We run a lean operation: direct sourcing, no physical retail overhead, central European warehousing for fast EU delivery, regional fulfillment partners in Türkiye, the Americas and Asia-Pacific. Customer support is in 8 native languages with first-response under 4 hours business days.
What we don't do
We don't sell counterfeits, refurbished units sold as new, regional grey-market imports without proper warranty, or stock that doesn't carry the official Dyson 2-year warranty. If a unit doesn't pass our authentication QA, it doesn't ship.
Sustainability
