1. Who we are
dysonairwrap.eu is operated as an authorized worldwide reseller of Dyson products. We act as the data controller for personal data submitted through this site.
2. What data we collect
When you submit an order request we collect: full name, email, phone number, country, delivery address, the product you requested, optional notes, your IP address and user-agent for fraud prevention.
3. Why we process it
Order processing (we forward your request to our fulfilment partner so they can ship your product), customer support, fraud prevention, and where required, tax and accounting compliance. Our legal basis is contract performance (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and your explicit consent for marketing communications.
4. Who we share it with
Our fulfilment partner (Dyson or its authorized warehouse), payment processor when you proceed with payment, shipping carrier for delivery, and tax authorities when legally required. We never sell personal data to third parties.
5. How long we keep it
Order data is retained for 6 years for tax/accounting compliance. Marketing-consent data is kept until you withdraw consent. Web logs are retained for 30 days.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR (EU/EEA), KVKK (Turkey) and similar laws you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection to processing of your data. Contact privacy@dysonairwrap.eu to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
7. Cookies
We use a single essential cookie to remember your language preference. We do not use tracking, advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
8. International transfers
Some service providers (e.g. shipping carriers) may be located outside your country. Where data leaves the EEA or Turkey, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
